If there is a problem, please contact us within 24 hours of arrival and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money, minus shipping charges(Upon the return of the animal within 24 hours of delivery). Shall any problems arise after 24 hours, they will be handled on a case by case basis.

We guarantee all of our animals will arrive alive and healthy when shipped via Federal Express Priority Overnight. Delivery time is 10:30 am to most areas and starts at $35.00 (Price may vary depending on weight.) We can also ship USPS Priority Overnight(No live arrival Guarantee). Which starts at about $20.00( Price may vary depending on weight ). All animals are shipped in Styrofoam insulated boxes with heat/ice packs when needed. No box or heat/ice pack fee will be added to your order. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only, for the safety of the animals. We may decide to delay shipping due to weather conditions. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Buyer must be present to sign for the animals on the first delivery attempt. No signature, no guarantee.

All orders must be prepaid in full, prior to the time of shipping. We accept all major credit cards (via PayPal only, until further notice), cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks. A 25% deposit will hold an animal for 14 days. If the animal is not paid for in full by the end of the 14 day period, new arrangements must be made or you forfeit the deposit. New arrangements can be made easily, just ask.

Trades are simple! If I offer the trade I may be willing to ship first. If the trade is initiated by you I DO NOT SHIP FIRST! UNLESS I am comfortable with you or have done buis. with you on other occasions.

This works best if you are a local customer, Although all customers are welcome. What I do is utilize the internet and other resources to sell your animal for you. There has to be trust in this issue due to the fact that I require that I have the animal in my possesion while I attempt to sell it for you.

1. There will be an agreed upon price that you will set. I will make my own mark up also.

2. I must take possesion of the animal. That's why local is best so there is no extra shipping costs.

3. A recipt will be given to the you with full details of the transaction.

4. The animal will be sold or returned to you within a couple of weeks. In the same condition if not better than when it was recieved.

Now I know it seems awfull risky but it is a service that I offer and have done several times in the past.
